This low impact high calorie burning fitness regiment is for everyone. From the beginner, new to indoor cycling to the elite athlete who uses spin to enhance their weekly workout routine by maximizing their endurance in a way which can not be duplicated outdoors. At Marin Spin Co. we have taken the typical spin class and modified it by keeping the class sizes small to no more than twelve participants. This allows for much more attention to detail from bike fit - to posture on the Spin bike - to power output. Our unique CycleOps Power Tap Spin bikes with Watts meters (only at Marin Spin Co. & no Where else in Marin) provide information key in working out smarter and not just harder. Typically only available on professional outdoor road bikes costing upwards of $1,200 these power meter are the key. Why is this so important? It is important because it allows clients to have an individual goal set for them which is customized through one on the most comprehensive Spin/Indoor cycling computers available on the market. Each client will have a specific program designed with them in mind.
